If you agree to counselling sessions historical and personal information are collected such as your name, age, address, occupation, contact numbers, background, psychometric test scores, health policy and authorization numbers if applicable.
If you are accessing treatment through your health insurance, the information held as well as psychometric test scores, personal and historical details may include GP and or Psychiatrist details and reports.
All your information is stored securely in a locked cabinet. All email correspondence is kept securely on a pass coded device.
I do not use cookies to track your use and or interactions online.
Please note: the transmission of information via the internet cannot be completely secure. I have placed security measures to protect your personal data, but I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my site, particularly by email, any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will endeavour to use my own policy and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
